Non-Profit Cooperative Association with perpetual duration.

Membership is limited to property owners in Black Lake Shores.

Membership fee is $8.00, with annual dues due by June 1.

Each member has one vote; membership is transferable upon property title transfer.

Membership includes access to water-dock facilities.

Members must maintain docks and comply with regulations set by the Coeur d'Alene Tribe.

Quorum for meetings requires twenty property owners.
